Hundreds of commuters were stuck on the Delhi-Gurgaon Expressway for around 14 hours due to a massive traffic jam caused by heavy rains that left the Hero Honda Chowk inundated. People were stranded since Thursday evening and several vehicles ran out of fuel, reports said.
