The next bilateral talks to include suspicious balloon issue with Pak

The prime ministers of both Indian and Pakistan are politically savvy and, thus, acutely conscious that attempts will be made, from both sides of the border but this time the balloon issue that was sent to India from the side of Pakistan would also be raised in the talks.
