Close-ups of several Argentine cadets approaching the Destroyer Uruguay. 2) Argentine people and relatives of exiles receive them with emotion upon their return to the homeland aboard the Destroyer Uruguay. General views of a crowd of people waiting for the ship in the port of Buenos Aires. Close-ups of a bishop and a cardinal entering a church. 3) Dr. Alfredo L. Palacios is sent as Argentine ambassador to Uruguay. Close-ups of Dr. Palacios surrounded by numerous people, who say goodbye to him on his trip, then he is seen arriving at the port of Montevideo. 4) Event of November 11, 1955. General views of a crowd of people concentrated in the Plaza de Mayo and in front of the Casa Rosada. 5) New government crisis.
