Ants are everywhere, and they hard to kill. They keep on coming back no matter how many times you kill them. So in this video, I am going to share a few techniques that you can use to get rid of them.

1. Ant Killer Spray
It is a fast and effective solution. You can buy an ant killer spray from your local store or from online. It would be best if you sprayed it directly over ants to kill them, or you can use it around ants, and they will start to die because of the chemical composition. Make sure to wear a protective mask before using this as it can cause headache in some people.

2. Insect Repellent Spray
Again a very effective remedy to get rid of ants. Insect repellent repels ants and also other insects. It doesn’t necessarily kill them unless you spray it directly over them, but it definitely repels them.

3. Keep Food In Container
It is essential to keep food in a container as ants get attracted to sweet food. If you are keeping that food outside then no matter how many times you kill them, they will keep on coming. So keep food in an airtight container which will stop ants from detecting that food thus stopping the infestation.

4. Neem Oil
Neem oil is a very potent natural remedy that can get rid of various kinds of pests. It is said it works against 200 different types of pests and ants are one of them. Just mix 10 ml of neem oil with 100 ml of water and spray it directly over the ants. Neem oil is a repellent; it doesn’t kill the ants but repels them. Since its a natural remedy it doesn’t have any side effects.

5. Peppermint Oil
Another very potent natural remedy that helps in getting rid of ants. Ants cannot tolerate the strong smell of peppermint since ants have a strong sense of smell. You can buy peppermint oil from your local stores. Just put 10 ml of peppermint oil, add liquid soap in 100 ml of water and spray it directly over ants to get rid of them.

6. Lemon Spray
Lemon is also very effective against ants. Ants cannot tolerate the strong smell of lemon. It is readily available in everyone’s house and is a very cost-effective solution to get rid of ants. Just cut a lemon in half, squeeze it and pour that juice in 100 ml of water and then spray it directly over ants to get rid of them. Additionally, if you have any cleaning products that have a lemon flavor in it then use that. That will also repel ants.

7. Close Crack And Crevices
Ants enter from cracks and crevices so to stop the infestation completely close those cracks and crevices using a caulking material. Even after caulking if you see any ants use the other remedies mentioned in the video to get rid of them.
