How to sleep in five minutes.

Due to stresses or tensions or various physiological issues people faces problem regarding sleep. For sleeping within five minutes we have to follow some steps.

Step 1: Doing meditation:
Resting mindfully, through meditation, can help you get the most out of the time that you spend chilling if not fully asleep; it can even help you in your quest to doze off.
Step 2: Making a list of doing things of task in next day:
Freaking out over everything you have to do the next day right before sleep can screw up your ability to relax and fall into dream world.
Step 3: Taking a hot shower at night:
Taking a hot nighttime shower just before bed artificially raises the body temperature. The subsequent fast drop can make it easier to fall asleep.
Step 4: Avoiding blue light and bright light before sleep:
The brain decreases its natural sleep hormone, melatonin, when exposed to bright light at night
