complaint is filed against Sushant’s girlfriend Rhea Chakraborty. A complaint was lodged in a Bihar court over Sushant Singh Rajput's mysterious death on Saturday. Sushant’s fans are now accusing his live-in girlfriend, Rhea Chakraborty. This accusation comes shortly after Mumbai Police interrogated Rhea Chakraborty over the death of Sushant Singh Rajput. Rhea was enquiredfor over 11 hours at the Bandra Police Station. The case against Rhea Chakrabortyhas been filed by lawyerKundan Kumar who lives in Muzaffarpur, Bihar. One of Sushant’s fanshas allegedfinancial and mental exploitation against Rhea Chakraborty. According to Kundan Kumar, his client has been profoundly distressed by Sushant’ssuicide. For this reason, he has filed his complaint under IPC Section 306 and 420. IPC 306 stands for abetment of suicide and 420 stand for Fraud cases. During Rhea Chakraborty’s interrogation, she said that Sushant Singh Rajput was suffering from depression, and he had refused to take medications. She also claimed that Sushant's sister knew Sushant’s mental condition, and Rhea requested her to stay with him. Rhea also admitted that she was having a severefight with the late actor,and after that,she leftSushant’sapartment. Sushant’s girlfriend Rhea was staying with sushant and both werepalnning to get married last November. But reports says that Rhea refused the marriage proposal due to Sushant’s depression and fallen career. Bollywood actress Rhea is now criticized for leaving Sushant when his mental condition was not good. Moreover, she was allegedly in a relationship with Mahesh Bhatt too. Mahesh himself confessed that she advised Rhea to leave Sushant because of Sushant’smental illness. The police are now investigating the death of Sushant Singh Rajput, and they have recorded statements of 15 people so far. The petition which has been presented before Chief Judicial Magistrate Mukesh Kumar, is scheduled on June 24 for hearing in the Bihar court.
