Emergency services at the scene of a serious traffic incident in Morningside

A heavy police presence has been spotted in a busy street in Edinburgh after a car was seen mounting a pavement.

Firefighters and officers can be seen blocking Morningside Road where the incident happened this afternoon.

Emergency services are also in attendance.
