Little Girl Misses Releasing Birthday Balloon After Tripping on Step

This little girl was celebrating her third birthday, and like any other birthday, she wanted to let her birthday balloon go in the air. However, she misstepped on the stair outdoors and fell, causing her to release the balloon's string unwittingly. It was too late for her dad to grab the balloon back as it quickly took to the skies.
