आज मैंने दम आलू की रेसिपी बनाई है, I am sure आपको बहुत पसंद आयेगी |

रेसिपी बनाने के लिए सामग्री -
छोटे उबले आलू -10-12
दही -150 ग्राम
काजू का पेस्ट -4-5 चम्मच
साबुत गरम मसाला - 1 चम्मच
धनिया पाउडर - 1 चम्मच
जीरा पाउडर - 1 चम्मच
काली मिर्च पाउडर - 1/2 चम्मच
हल्दी पाउडर - 1/2 चम्मच
प्याज़ -2-3
हरी मिर्च - 2
तेल - तलने और सब्ज़ी के लिए
नमक - स्वादानुसार
क्रीम - 4-5 चम्मच
