KHSD Board to determine reopening this fall

The kern high school district is holding its meeting to decide whether or not staff and students will be returning to campus this fall. 23ABC's Alex Bell was live in Northwest Bakersfield from Centennial High School, one of the many schools that will be impacted by the decision.
