Food Ep. 3- Recipe for Kuttu ke atte ka Cheela / Buckwheat Flour Recipe

NjoyTV World presents recipe for cooking Buckwheat Flour Cheela or Kuttu ke atte ka cheela.
This delicious dish is cooked generally during Navratri Festivals as it can be taken in fasts/Vrat... However, if you have got bored of taking whole wheat bread daily then it will be a welcome respite for your taste buds...

Moreover, it is said that buckwheat (kuttu) is a super-food which is extremely nutritious and is good for heart, reducing wheat and managing diabetes. Moreover, Buckwheat does not contain gluten, which means people with gluten intolerance may consider it an excellent dietary alternative.

What's so special about our recipe:
First of all we are not using the buckwheat flour available in market as this flour consists of buckwheat seed's husk as well which gives a sandy feeling while serving & a dark black color. To avoid this, it is advisable to bring washed (husk removed) buckwheat seeds from market (or e-marketplace) and then grind them in Mixer Grinder at home to make pure buckwheat seed flour.
You may check the color of cheela made from our recipe which is greyish (and not completely black).
