The Tri-State area was hit with torrential rain and lightning throughout Wednesday, tormenting the lives of locals in Hoboken, New Jersey. (July 22)

The filmer said: "While at dinner, the streets we normally take to get home were flooded and we had to go blocks out of our normal route to get home."
