Housing agency defends Limpopo project

The agency responsible for building 40 shacks in Tzaneen, Limpopo has defended the project. Head of the Housing Development Agency, Lucien Rakgoale, says the units are not shacks. It is believed government paid over R2 million for 40 shacks, that is R64,000 each.
