Biden says the time for hope and justice has come

Joe Biden has delivered his speech at the Democratic convention, after accepting the party's nomination for US president. Biden told Americans that it is time for hope in a country with deep racial divisions, and which has been brought to its knees by the coronavirus pandemic.
