Ingredients
For Dough
1 cup Suji
Salt to taste
1 tsp oil
Water
For Chaat
1 cup Boiled Chickpeas
1 cup Sweet Corn
1 tsp Chaat masala ( recipe uploaded before)
1 tsp Imli ki meethi Chutney ( recipe uploaded before)
Bhujia / sev
Coriander leaves
For curd
4 tbsp chilled Curd
1 tsp Black Salt
1 tbsp Powdered sugar
Method
For Kachori
Mix Suji and salt and add water and make a soft dough.
Rest for 30 min.
Roll thin Puris and deep fry untill golden brown.
For curd
Mix curd, black salt and sugar well. Keep aside.
For Raj Kachori
Take Kachori and make a hole.
Add chickpeas , corn inside. Add dahi , chat masala, sweet imli chutney , coriander leaves and bhujia. As shown in video.
Your Raj Kachori Chaat is ready to serve.
