This book is a helpful list of annotations that have been boiled down the essence of each book, chapter, or journal article, with the author's viewpoint and input. The articles and chapter annotations required for graded submission were created and compiled in this book for future academics and learners to enrich their understanding of Education and Training and Development in the Human Resources and Government Contracting arenas. Those academics seeking quick annotations and notes on those academic writings can gain insight to the discipline from this book. Between 2009 and 2012 the author completed coursework for a Doctorate of Philosophy in Occupational and Technical Studies (STEMPS), with a concentration on Training and Development in Human Resources. All Ph.D. coursework and research was conducted and completed at Old Dominion University, Norfolk, VA. Many of the mandatory program courses required annotations of literature reviews. The annotations completed were concentrated on the field and industry in which the author was dedicated to in completing the required literature review for the final dissertation. Those fields and industries were the Human Resources career field and the industry of Government Contracting.
