Delhi HC का अहम फैसला, अनुसूचित जाति की एकल मांओं के बच्चों को जाति प्रमाणपत्र नहीं | वनइंडिया हिंदी

In a significant verdict, the Delhi High Court has ruled that children of single mother belonging to Scheduled Caste community, whose father belongs to forward caste, cannot be accorded caste certificates unless it is established that they have suffered deprivations, indignities, humilities and handicaps faced by persons belonging to the caste community.

दिल्ली हाईकोर्ट ने अपने एक फैसले में कहा है कि अनुसूचित जाति से ताल्लुक रखने वाली सिंगल मदर्स के बच्चों को तब तक जाति प्रमाण पत्र जारी नहीं किया जाएगा, जब तक यह सिद्ध नहीं हो जाता कि उन्हें विशिष्ट समुदाय के कारण अभाव, अपमान और बाधाओं का सामना करना पड़ा है.द हिंदू की रिपोर्ट के मुताबिक, ये नियम ऐसी सिंगल मदर्स के बच्चों पर लागू होगा, जिनके पिता सवर्ण जाति से संबंध रखते हैं.
