71 new cases, non-citizens entering M'sia must pay RM4,700
Malaysia reported 71 new Covid-19 cases today, of which two cases were imported while the remaining 69 were local infections.
Meanwhile, Senior Minister Ismail Sabri announced that all non-citizens returning to Malaysia are now required to pay RM4,700 on arrival starting today.
The fee covers “fixed operating charges” and hotel expenses for the mandatory 14-day quarantine that all returnees are subjected to.
