Girl's Hair Fall Off After She Applies Relaxer on Head

This girl applied a relaxer on her head to loosen her curls. After leaving it in for a few minutes, she touched her hair again to rinse off the cream. Unfortunately, chunks of her hair came off when she touched it, making her upset. She immediately washed her head while her sisters laughed at her hysterically.
