Kathak is an old form of dance that was quite popular in the Mughal Era. Zikria Iqbal is a Kathak dance teacher who has kept this ancient form of dance alive. When Nadia Nazir interviewed Zikria, he disclosed that he was always passionate about dancing, from a young age but his family never approved. After facing much resistance from his family, Zikria still managed to pursue dancing as his career. He learned gymnastics as well. Now Zikria has a dance academy in Lahore.
