In 2015, Dr Billy Tang was involved in a serious accident which robbed him of his ability to walk.

An agriculturist before the accident, Tang endured severe depression but with the love and support from his family and friends, he embraced his “new life” as a paraplegic.

He returned to his area of expertise in urban farming and reaches out to the disabled communities and underprivileged families through his social enterprise called Persons With Disabilities or PWD Smart Farmability.
