Biden says universal masking a 'patriotic duty' in Covid fight

US President-elect Joe Biden says he discussed the implementation of a national mask mandate during a talk with state governors about a national approach to defeating Covid-19. "Ten governors, Democrat and Republican, have imposed masking requirements and recognized the need for universal masking," he explains during a press conference in Wilmington, Delaware. "It's not a political statement, it's a patriotic duty," he adds.
