A clear desk for a clear mind. Start by cleaning your desk, you’ll have much more clarity.
Set tasks – set easy and small tasks to not get overwhelmed. Rough out your biggest tasks, they’ll seem much easier to accomplish!
Set goals and keep track – use a planner or a notebook to keep track of your goals. That will encourage you to do more and you’ll see your progress.
Keep your phone silent – this way you won’t hear your phone buzzing and you’ll stay focused on what you’re doing.
Go paperless – it will be much easier to find your data and documents on some file on your computer than a piece of paper on your desk, or maybe in a drawer…. or wait, unless I took it out to make a copy?
