Dewan Rakyat Speaker Datuk Azhar Azizan Harun on Wednesday (Dec 2) said he is unable to make a ruling on the allegations that a deputy minister had showed an obscene sign towards the Opposition MPs in the House on Tuesday, as he said he did not see what happened and that he had a problem with his eyesight.
On Tuesday (Dec 1), the Parliament descended into a shouting match after the Puncak Borneo MP Willie Mongin was accused of showing his middle finger towards Opposition MPs after a bloc vote was called.
