The United Nations has described the killing of 70 civilians in Nigeria's northern state of Borno as the most direct attack against civilians this year. It is suspected the Boko Haram insurgents who are active in northern Nigeria are responsible for the incident. The Human Rights Watch has weighed in on the matter urging authorities to prioritize civilian protection. Anietie Ewang from Human Rights Watch has more. Courtesy #DStv403
