00:42I've been a gamer since I was seven
00:45Since I was young
00:46It's another world for me
00:48An outlet for, you know
00:50para ma-eject lang ako once in a while sa work
00:54kasi sometimes kagaya ng trabaho namin
00:57hindi maiwasan talaga yung burn outs
01:00I really make time to play games para
01:02ma-restart lang lahat
01:04And the reason why I entered game streaming is
01:07I've, in my, yung mga down time ko rin
01:10pag walang magawa I usually watch a lot of them on Facebook
01:14Bago pa sumikat si COVID-19,
01:16I've been already building up a console
01:18for game streaming and playing
01:20'yon yung PC ko basically
01:22'yon and then eventually, I entered into gaming
01:23and then nahiligan ko na siya
01:26and nagustuhan ko na rin sya kasi
01:29parang I really appreciate people seeing me
01:33do the things that I love
01:34and yet they can watch me
01:36and support me while I'm doing it
01:41It was never really encouraged po actually
01:43when I was growing up
01:44Kasi pag you're not a gamer,
01:46you will not understand siguro
01:48Parang if you're not into our world
01:52Especially our parents,
01:54they will never understand
01:56They will always thing na "sayang and oras mo
01:58at panahon mo dyan,
01:59mag-aral ka na lang,
02:00walang mangyayari sa gaming"
02:02Ang gaming ngayon
02:03Gaming is now a career
02:04You get paid for it
02:05Parang they're gonna be coming out
02:06with courses regarding gaming
02:08The gaming industry is growing drastically
02:12I mean, especially now, mas bumilis pa sya
02:16because of the pandemic
02:17kasi kumbaga sa gaming kasi
02:20you only need your computer
02:23or your celphone, etcetera,
02:24and you can just stay at home
02:26So marami na rin tayong nakikita na game streamers
02:30na nakapag-patayo na ng bahay,
02:31naka-bili na ng kotse,
02:34So gaming now is, kumbaga,
02:38parang dun sa mga gamers
02:40It's really a part of life now
02:42Parang hindi mo na siya mako-consider
02:44as a waste of anything
02:46It's a career
02:50I did po a charity stream
02:54Para to help the typhoon victims
02:57Kasi I was really surprised that up to this point,
02:59na up to today
03:00We still see the effect of typhoon Ulysses
03:04in areas that are heavily affected by it
03:06So parang I did a stream po for that
03:10A charity stream and then
03:13umabot po tayo ng almost 222,000 in donations,
03:17in star donations sa stream po natin
03:21So star donations, meaning
03:22those are the tips po that the gamers get from their audience
03:26as parang a "thank you",
03:28as a sign of support
03:31That's how I would like to put it
03:32Nagpunta po ako sa Marikina and then I saw
03:36na grabe talaga
03:37Up to this point there are piles of,
03:39mountains of trash
03:41And you can still see other people clearing out
03:46mud deposits in streets
03:50and they really need help up to this point
03:53Actually, not just in Marikina
03:56but I could just imagine po
03:58doon pa sa ibang lugar
04:00kung paano yung situation nila doon
04:01What happened for me is a higher purpose on gaming
04:06Parang kung ang tingin po ng iba sa gaming
04:09is just a waste of time and panahon at oras,
04:13it's not
04:13We can find a higher purpose in
04:16in anything that we do
04:17as long as it's for the benefit of the public who are in need
04:25I've shot, siguro po, one project already
04:30My first project during the pandemic
04:35was Love on the Balcony
04:36and I Can See You anthology by GMA
04:38Napaka-hirap po talaga to really mount a production,
04:41to create new content
04:42kasi the hassles of the protocols
04:47Parang ngayon instead na you shoot one day
04:51and then you go home
04:53and then you come back the second day
04:54Hindi na siya ganon
04:56You shoot a project, you stay there
04:59at least one to two weeks
05:01and then tsaka ka lang makaka-uwi
05:04And then before going to the shoot,
05:06meron ka pang RT-PCR
05:08Right after the shoot,
05:10meron pang antigen swab
05:12I mean, production-wise
05:16parang, on the, sa budget
05:19Akala po kasi ng iba
05:20Ako before akala ko mas mura
05:21kasi mas konti yung taong required sa set
05:25But now, I was wrong
05:28kasi mas mahal siya
05:30Kasi you will rent out the place
05:33na you pay for that per day
05:36Tapos how much is RT-PCR per head
05:39How many people do you need in a production
05:42para magawa yung content
05:44and after that another payment
05:46Actually mas mahal siya
05:49rather than yung normal natin na shooting style natin
05:54Mahirap na nga siya noon
05:56mas humirap pa ngayon
05:58Financially and work force-wise
05:59kasi work force is cut in half
06:02So yung isa, bale, instead na isa lang yung trabaho niya
06:06meron pa siyang two other jobs rather than the actual job itself
06:15Of course, sir, minsan pumapasok yan sa isip ko
06:17I have to be honest about that
06:19na there are moments na parang,
06:22"What if kaya I retire early and then
06:25I'll just, you know, be full time sa business– food business,
06:27tapos I want to go back to studying
06:31but parang for me kasi that's a selfish decision as of now
06:36Parang hindi muna kasi 'pag umalis ako
06:41pano naman 'yong mga taong iiwan ko sa showbiz
06:45Especially yung sa work and you know, all those people
06:48who supports me in everything that I do,
06:51which are the fans
06:52They're very important to me
06:54But pag iniisip ko yan, sir parang
06:57ganun ako, I'm always 10 steps ahead
07:03So I put my money on, I have money investments
07:08I have restaurants as well
07:11And I'm really planning to go into
07:14land banking as well
07:15Land banking meaning buying properties– land properties
07:19Kasi based on experience especially doon sa restaurant angles
07:25Napaka-hirap po kapag nangungupahan ka
07:28kasi it takes up so much of the sales,
07:30it takes up so much of the profit
07:32So that's a different story if you own the land
07:35Sobrang tipid and you know,
07:37your business is secured pag sayo yung lupa
07:40And imagine the prices of the, yung mga land properties
07:47It always goes up
07:48Never bumaba yan
07:49Pag lupa, it never goes down
07:52So yun po yung mga current plans
07:55and you know, how I plan my financial future
07:59in terms of in the next 10 years po, I should say
