The Vice - Falling (Part 2) (2001)

Part 2 of Falling, the last episode of Series 3 of The Vice from 2001. Investigating a catering company that may be a front for a escort agency linked to old boss Frank Vickers, Pat Chappell's efforts to bring him down sees him suspended. And Vickers makes his move to ensnare Sarah (Shalet) - the daughter of Pat's former love Jane - for his agency, leading to a revelation from Jane (Parish) that forces Chappell to put his career on the line to put Vickers away for good.
