Weather in Germany has four seasons, Winter, spring, summer and autumn. Each season has its unique characters, which one can enjoy. Winters are cold, the temperature can vary from 5 to -15 degree Celsius. This season usually lasts from late November to end of February, and have short days and long nights. The daylight ranges from 7-9 hours, which in addition usually darker due to clouds and fog. This darkness of the season makes it most depressing time of the year. Therefore, from ancient times different festivals of light fall in this season to lighten up the spirits. In current times Christmas and new year are widely celebrated.
The next season is spring which starts in March and ends in May. During this season life start appearing such as trees recover their leaves, one can listen to beautiful sounds of birds. After that summer starts, which lasts from June to mid of September. This is the most favourite season of all the Europeans. During this season they go for vacations to different parts of Europe.
The last season is Autumn (from late September to mid November). The leaves change their colors, it starts looking really beautiful. At the end of the season all deciduous trees shed their leaves.
