Man Steering Boat Crashes into Another Parked Boat at a Newport Beach Wharf

This man was steering his boat cluelessly at a wharf in Newport Beach. He dragged the right side of his boat along the front of another boat parked securely in its berth. The crash was followed by an ominous crunching sound, drawing the attention of the public.
