Harlem Clergy Coaltion Combat Black Teen Violence

Pastor Vernon Williams, pastor of Perfect Peace Ministry embarks on a mission to end the senseless violence gripping the Harlem community. Along with members of 100 Blacks In Law Enforcement Who Care, campaigns are beginning to reach out to youths at risk and parents to turn around this destructive behavior in the Harlem community.
