Total evacuates thousands of workers from Mozambique

South Africa is expected to feel the economic pinch, following Total's evacuation of thousands of workers from its northern Mozambique liquid-natural-gas exploration site. Most of the employees are South Africans and foreigners. Total's pullout follows a series of deadly attacks, by Islamic State-linked insurgents, on New Year's Day.
