Lou Grant Season 1, Episode 17: Renewal

When Lou pursues a story about urban renewal at Mrs.Pynchon's urging, he finds that friend of his, who's due to be evicted because of a redevelopment project that will demolish his apartment building, has painted art on his walls that will be destroyed if the demolition goes through.

Beginning with this episode, CBS switched "Lou Grant" from Tuesday nights to Monday nights.
