Fire during rehearsal of Joe Biden's oath taking ceremony

The US Parliament House is under siege, with very little or no chance of default, yet the Capitol Building had to be closed due to a fire during Biden's swearing rehearsal on Monday. However, Joe Biden and the rest of VVIP were not present at the spot. But this incident has raised several questions on security.
