Guy Breaks Leg After Skating Down Sloped Handrail

This guy broke his leg after skating down a handrail slope. The guy hopped onto the cemented handrail and tried skateboarding down the stairs. He ended up faceplanting during his first attempt. During his second attempt, he had almost managed to pull it off when his skateboard got stuck on the metallic railing and threw him on the ground. He hurt himself badly as his entire body weight had fallen on his leg.
