Marshall Kanner is an experienced entrepreneur and real estate professional from Miami, Florida. He has over 30 years of experience in the field and has spent decades running businesses, two of which were in the real estate industry. Currently, Marshall is the Manager/Principal of Midtown Development Associates, LLC, where he operates the real estate holdings business. He is also the Treasurer/Principal for NC Rental Parks Ltd., a business that owns several mobile home parks and mixed use properties.
For years, Marshall Kanner has had a passion for real estate. Sound Legends reaches out to independent artists in nearly 200 countries and supports 70 languages. Marshall Kanner hopes that Sound Legends works with many more artists to come, from those who are just starting to well-known artists.
Marshall Kanner is taking more personal time for himself in his semi-retirement but still remains invested in his businesses’ well-being and checks in with them on a regular basis. If he’s needed, he makes sure to step in and help out to the best of his ability. In the future, Marshall hopes to spend more time on his personal passions and spend quality time with his friends and family.
