Oreo excited gluten-averse fans when they announced they'd be releasing a gluten-free version of their cookies.But for one brewery in Colorado, this Gluten-Free Oreo announcement sparked another exciting concept.Holidaily Brewing Company in Golden is "100-percent dedicated to gluten-free.".The brewery's lineup features plenty of intriguing styles—from a hip hazy IPA to a gluten-free spin on a wit beer.But one of brewing's biggest trends has been spiking stouts with sweet ingredients, billed as "pastry stouts.".So when Gluten-Free Oreo cookies were released, making those into a gluten-free beer was the next step.The new 6.8% ABV stout was made with plenty of Gluten-Free Oreos: 65 packages weighing over 35 pounds.Holidaily's Gluten-Free Oreo Stout will be available at the brewery taproom on February 20-21
