Known simply as corn cheese, this is not your typical buttered corn side dish. It's made creamy from mayonnaise and topped with melted and gooey mozzarella. For good measure, we made it doubly cheesy, too, with a sprinkling of Parmesan. This Korean banchan or side dish can be served as is or as part of your homemade samyupsal.
