In this video, I have shown the following variations:
1.knuckle grip
2. Finger grip
3. Decline push-ups
4. Hopping push-ups
5. Shoulder tap
Try to achieve at least 40 reps of each variation. Once you feel comfortable, then go for 250 push-ups. These exercises may be done thrice a week, but stretching and warm-up are equally important along with safety precautions.
