The PNP Highway Patrol Group in the National Capital Region, the MMDA Traffic Management and Land Transportation Office conduct "Oplan Lambat Bitag Sasakyan" along EDSA Caloocan southbound as part of a simultaneous operation around Metro Manila on March 3, 2021. A report from the government-run Philippine News Agency said the campaign seeks to enhance traffic law enforcement through the use of speed guns, alcohol breath analyzers, mobile motor vehicle inspection stations, and citation tickets.
