STRANDED

About 100 ship passengers, hoping to return to their home provinces, are stranded outside the Manila North Harbor on March 25, 2021. According to some of the passengers, they have had their tickets since March 21 but their schedule for departure was moved to the 25th because the local governments of their provinces were concerned over the arrival of visitors from Metro Manila in light of the rising Covid-19 cases in the capital.
