In recent years, the Toyota brand, thanks to its futuristic vision, has conquered a significant position in the A segment in Europe. ED, Toyota's European design studio based on the French Côte d'Azur not far from Nice, was commissioned to revisit the citycar concept from a whole new perspective.

The aim is to redefine the meaning of segment A for European customers in order to fully satisfy their needs and desires, demonstrating that the cars traditionally identified as ""utilitarian"" can be distinctive and characterized by a unique design.
