Mthethwa speaks on artists relief funds

Arts and Culture Minister, Nathi Mthethwa, says the 300 million meant for relief for artists is not missing but mis-allocated. The money was given to the National Arts Council to disburse it to the creatives. But, many say while they were approved they never received any funds. They have been camped out at the NAC offices for weeks now. The Minister says a forensic investigation will be launched. Courtesy #DStv403
