Ingredients for carrot cake

1. EGG - 3
2. SUGAR - 1 cup
3. OIL - 1/2 cup
4. CURD - 1/2 cup
5. VANILLA ESSENCE - 1 tsp
6. ORANGE JUICE - 1 tbsp
7. ALL PURPOSE FLOUR ( MAIDA ) - 1+1/2 cup
8. BAKING POWDER - 1+1/2 tsp
9. BAKING SODA - 1 tsp
10. CARROT - 1 cup
11. CRUSHED ALMOND (optional )

NOTE : Check whether the cake is baked or not with small stick.
