Keita Machida acted as a host named Hiro who had sex with the 40-year-old Kaori in the beginning of the movie.
This was the first movie of his career when he was 21 (movie released after he turned 22).
After knowing that he would be filming sex scenes with the famous movie star Narimi Arimori, a big name in the industry, he was so anxious and didn't eat anything that might give him strong/bad breath for days before the shooting.
I only managed to sub his part, which I think should suffice as he's not playing a key role in the story anyway.
