Puppy Doesn't Let Person Take Away His Sister

This puppy didn't let a person take away his sister from him. The person had taken the two puppies to the vet after their dog had them. The two puppies sat in a basket inside a car and one of them was being picked up. The other dog put his paws around his sibling tightly and did not let them get picked up.
