TGA to advise government on future use of AstraZeneca vaccine

The Federal government has asked the vaccine advisory group and the nation's medical regular to immediately consider new findings from Europe on possible links between the vaccine and rare blood clots. Prof. Jonathan Carapetis says all vaccines come with some sort of risk and the incident was a "rare and unusual complication".
