Delhi Waqf Board had earlier approached the court for easing of restrictions at the premises of Nizamuddin Markaz, which has been under lock and key since a case was registered in connection with a Tablighi Jamaat congregation there last year.

दिल्ली हाईकोर्ट ने कहा है कि किसी और धार्मिल स्थल पर पूजा करने वालों के लिए संख्या संबंधी कोई नियम नहीं होने के चलते निजामुद्दीन मरकज में भी इबादत करने वालों की कोई निश्चित संख्या तय नहीं की जा सकती. अदालत ने केंद्र और दिल्ली पुलिस से कहा कि रमजान के लिए मस्जिद बंगले वाली को दिल्ली आपदा प्रबंधन प्राधिकरण के दिशानिर्देशों के अनुसार प्रार्थना के लिए खोलें.
