Angry Woman Gets on Top of Car's Hood to Stop Driver From Moving it

This woman got extremely aggravated when a driver tried to run away after hitting her car. However, she followed the car that hit her's and got on the top of its hood. She aggressively pounced on the car to stop the careless driver from running away.
