This high school sweetheart was at the navy pier in Chicago with a couple of friends. They found a nice spot to take pictures and were posing for one when the guy took the woman by surprise. He knelt and brought out a ring. The woman couldn't believe it was happening for real and got very emotional. She started crying and with a shaky breath said yes to his boyfriend of nine years.
