Cloud touches the ground in Saudi Arabia

Unbelievably strange but real phenomenon happened in Saudi Arabia. Cloud falling to earth was caught on camera. The rare video footage shows that cloud flies in the sky and then falls on earth. The cloud hovering until finally touch the ground. This fallen cloud was found by a man who was driving a car at that moment. He comes out of his car and touched the cloud. The white blob shaped like cotton but soft like foam.
